The Opportunity
The appointee will coordinate the Early Childhood Care and Education programme in the College of Continuing Vocational Education and Training (CVET). The coordinator will be responsible for programme and course delivery across the USP campuses, management of teaching staff, operational logistics and resources required, maintaining currency and quality of the programme, assisting in obtaining external accreditation/re-accreditation, and ensuring the financial viability of programmes.
The Person we Seek
To be considered for this position, applicants must have:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Education or relevant:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or relevant;
- Masters Qualification in relevant field will be an added advantage;
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in the Early Childhood sector;
- Training qualification such as Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or training experience, especially in a tertiary institution will be an added advantage;
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills; and
- Is a Citizen of a USP Member Country.

The position is available for a term of three years and may be renewed by mutual agreement.
Salary Range
- FJ $47,189 – $57,808 per annum.
