The Opportunity

The position holder is responsible for managing the Joint Education Program at the University of the South Pacific Republic of Marshall Islands Campus, teach and monitor staff performance, manage enrolments, compile data related to student progress and support professional development.  The Program Administrator will lead marketing initiatives according to the scope of the Joint Education Program.

Specific Duties

Specific duties may include:

  • teaching a Foundation/Preliminary course;
  • detailed record keeping of student progress and analysis of data;
  • monitoring staff and identifying opportunities for development; and
  • marketing.

The Person we Seek

To be considered for this position, applicants must have:

  • To be considered for this position, applicant must have;
  • A Bachelors degree and a Postgraduate qualification and Teaching qualification; and or
  • Master’s degree;
  • 3-years of Teaching experience and experience in supervisory position, analyzing data, ability to solve problem;
  • Excellent written and spoken English; and
  • Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft

Salary Range

  • USD 28,943.62 to USD 35,537.09 per annum
